Nathalie Delapalme is Executive Director of the Mo Ibrahim Foundation since 2010, when she left the French Civil Service.
Her previous position was Inspecteur General des Finances at the French Ministry of Economy and Finance (2007-2010). Prior to this, Nathalie served the French Government as an advisor for Africa and development in the offices of various foreign affairs ministers (1995-1997 and 2002-2007) She began her career at the French Senate as an advisor for the Finance Commission, where she assessed fiscal and public policies (1984-1995 and 1997-2002).
She is a Trustee of International Crisis Group (ICG) and sits on the Boards of IFRI (Institut Français des Relations Internationales), Fondation Pierre Fabre and Interpeace.
Nathalie is a Chevalier de la Legion d’Honneur and member of various African orders.
