Sylvester Watson, Sr.,is an experienced finance and administration professional with over 20 years of experience managing substantial financial resources for high-level international and local non-governmental organizations.

These organizations include the Liberian Red Cross, Agricultural Cooperative Development International (ACDI/VOCA), eHealth Systems, and Cultivating New Frontier in Agriculture (CNFA).

He has excellent skills in finance, accounting, administration, human resources, general logistics, procurement, and internal controls. In addition to extensive knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.

Born and raised in Liberia, he obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance & Banking and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Liberia in 2011 and 1998, respectively. He has also participated in several finance- and accounting-related training programs and seminars at home and abroad.
